Change of Mind (COM) Return Policy:

- The product must be unopened and in brand-new condition.
- The return must be organized and paid for by the customer.
- Upon receipt and verification of the product's condition, a refund will be issued for the item's value, minus a 15% restocking fee (initial shipping costs are non-refundable).
- An additional return shipping charge, equal to or exceeding the initial shipping cost, will be deducted from the refund for returns resulting from delivery failures caused by customer errors.
