Change of Mind (COM) Return Policy:
- Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unopened and in brand new condition.
- The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment.
- Upon receipt and verification that the product meets the specified conditions, a refund will be issued for the item's value, minus a 15% restocking fee. (The initial shipping cost is non-refundable.)
- If a return is due to a delivery failure caused by customer error, an additional return shipping charge, equal to or exceeding the initial shipping cost, will be deducted from the refund.
